Rituals

I was placing my many medicines into my pill boxes this evening and I thought of the ritual of doing this every week. Over and over I put the pills of varied colors into their place and next week, I will do the same thing. It was funny to me that the word ritual came to me. Today is January 1st. This is a time for goal-setting and resolutions that won't be kept by many people.Other rituals that I personally have are setting my alrm for school, doing lesson plans, grading papers, gradebook entries, and more. Life is basically the rituals we partake in each day, week, month, year, etc....

And so I begin anew to write purposefully into my blog. I do not know if anyone will read or even be interested in what I have to say. I do like that my words and thoughts are somewhere out there floating around in cyberspace.
